Description
A developing trough system in combination with the I.T.C.Z which have been affecting the island over the past two days, are forecast to persist into the weekend.
Due to the already saturated nature of the soils, any additional rainfall is likely to result in some localized flooding.
As a consequence, a Flood-Watch is now in effect for Barbados until 12:00 noon Sunday, 21st October, 2018.
This Watch may be upgraded to a Warning if conditions warrant.
Instructions
Residents in flood-prone areas should remain on the alert and take the necessary
precautions.

Description
Un système de bacs en développement associé à la ZCIT, qui affecte l'île depuis deux jours, devrait perdurer jusqu'au week-end. En raison de la nature déjà saturée des sols, toute pluie supplémentaire entraînera probablement des inondations localisées. En conséquence, une alerte aux inondations est maintenant en vigueur pour la Barbade jusqu'à midi le dimanche 21 octobre 2018. Cette alerte peut être mise à niveau pour devenir un avertissement si les conditions le justifient.
Instructions
Les résidents des zones inondables doivent rester sur le qui-vive et prendre les précautions nécessaires.
