A dust-haze advisory is issued when dust haze has already or is forecast to reduce visibility to between 5 to 10km within 36 hours.

A thick plume of Saharan dust haze has been affecting the island and the marine areas. Fluctuations in concentrations of dust haze are expected to continue into tomorrow Friday 9th April, 2021.
